This is North End. The Centre, Slaley House, is a large Georgian redbrick town house fronting the street, about 100yds on the left along North End, on the right of Weston’s shop and nearly opposite The Royal Oak public house. Ignore the incorrect location of the red marker in the Google map on this page - it should be just south of the spur road, on the west side of North End.
